Logo and Letterhead
::
Notice the logos are a mirror of each other's contour.
Carriers and Inventory
::
Identical boxes can be used in both instances for either small animal shipping or carrying fresh meat (with the exception of some well-placed air holes).

The fur care products also share common containers as the meat seasonings and dressings.
Labels
::
The pet prescription labels are visually and functionally similar to deli weigh-scale labels.
Wall Posters
::
Curiously, breeders and butchers classify things very similarly. The Bassett Hound is equivalent to Top Round. And the way the Beef industry classifies the cuts is very similar to the judging criteria in dog shows. Hence the top diagram.
Logoforms and Uniforms
::
All of the illustrations match their primary logos stylistically and all the dogs have heart-shaped noses. The uniforms for the head doctor, butcher and administrative staff all follow similar functions with only slight alterations.
Architectural Design
::
The facades of the two businesses not only share a corner, but use both sides of the exterior mounted sign. The animal hospital is designed to look more modern and the butcher shop has more of a 1950's corner store look.
